Vintage Stratton "Princess" ballet scene compact

This is a beautiful 1950s Stratton "Princess" powder compact in excellent condition. It has an enchanting enamel lid with no enamel loss,
signed by the artist "Baron". Lift the lid to see a perfect mirror, exactly as it should be. The golden mirror bezel is marked "MADE IN ENGLAND". The beautiful inner lid is decorated with the "Compact-in-Hand" logo - Stratton's self-opening inner lid - which works each time the mirror is tilted backwards. It comes with a luxurious pouch & also the original box.
The compact is signed "Stratton". The original sifter & signed Stratton puff are present. The base is decorated with Stratton's famous all over star design.
