Circa 1900, rare set of eight Edwardian oak captain’s chairs. The hoop backs with classical raised curved top rail are supported by 5 shaped splats. This continues on to slightly carved arms on turned supports, and they have close brass nail upholstered seats. They are all standing on square tapering supports to the front and shaped rear legs.
