Antique rare set of 4 mahogany Georgian dining chairs, dating from the first half of the 19th Century.

Fantastic age, colour and patina. Great simple design and clean lines.

Solid and strong with no loose joints. No woodworm.

Good new reupholstery job in a heavy weight upholstery fabric, with a natural, light oatmeal colour.

Historic knocks, marks, cracks, scratches, repairs and alterations, as is always the way with antique furniture of this age. Historic structural repairs (as is to be expected with chairs of this age, but all is strong now). Possibly later spade tips to the legs.
