Outstanding quality carved oak brass face Grandfather antique clock with the hood having a shaped carved cornice, glass and oak door carved with sunflowers flanked by carved supports with carved leafs, fantastic carved long door to the case with a carved bow, leaves, a pear, an apple, a pomegranate, grapes and a snake all flanked by carved sunflowers. The exquisite ornate brass face with original hands, silver chapter ring, date calendar and ornate spandrels has a quality movement striking on the hour and half hour on a bell, original weights, pendulum and key. The base having carved foliage and stands on a plinth base.

A truly special example due to the spectacular quality of the carvings, the superior brass face and design. A very desirable captivating statement piece.
