This is a very pretty hand painted Oriental Porcelain Table Lamp on a footed wooden stand and is weighted. It has a satin finish, with the pale shell pink flowers, leaves and stems in high glaze. There are brightly coloured parrots amongst the flowers.

The lamp has been matched with a bespoke 'Ballerina' shade in shell pink silk, with a cornflower blue silk crown, with vanilla fringe, oyster braid and champagne beads on the points. It has been created by the makers of the Downton Abbey lampshades.

The lamp has been newly wired with pale gold twisted fabric covered flex and has all new fittings, including a safer switched lampholder, shade carrier and plug. As with all electrical items, it is recommended that it be checked by a certified electrician before use.

Condition: Very good. The bespoke silk shade is new.
