Pretty English Edwardian music cabinet circa 1910 , retailed by Bowman Brothers , Camden Town, London. This well made item which is nicely proportioned, having an inlaid ledge back and a hinged mahogany top, also of which is nicely cross banded too. Worthy of note is the charming musically inspired inlaid frieze and bevelled glass door which has its original pleated silk .

The top when opened transforms to a handy sheet music stand, also the single door reveals 3 loose fitted wooden shelves which are lined in 'apple green' velvet and each carrying their own original indexing tablets ( 'Songs' 'Various' and 'Sacred')
All of which is complimented via the stylish swept and castered bracket feet.
