Pine Drawer Leaf Table
This is such a lovely little table with the ability to become a much bigger table when required. It is a 1920s ish pine drawer leaf table. It has a nice clean look with a neat top and square cut legs ending in lovely rounded feet. It is roughly square when closed and opens into a much bigger table by pulls by out the two leaves which hide under the smaller top. They slide back under when not in use. The table top is a lovely colour, the smaller top has a nice border around it and square edges, the leaves have matching edges. The top and leaves lift away for moving and make it really easy for getting around doors and corners. Its a great little thing.
The table is in good condition, the top is secure on the base when in place and the legs are firm. It stands well with no looseness or wobbles. The leaves easily pulled out and put in place and are in good order. There are very small places of old worm, I’ve put on extra pictures to show these clearly. The worm has been treated and is gone, the wood is good and solid. Thete is also a small piece of filler in a corner, again, I’ve taken an extra photograph, it’s about a cm. Again, it is solid and doesn’t affect use and personally I quite like small signs of age, but that is choice so please look and enlarge the pictures if necessary.
The table measures 206cm long x 81cm wide x 78cm tall when extended. When closed it measures 111.5cm long x 81cm wide x 78cm tall. Floor to apron (chair and leg space) it is 61cm.
Please ask about delivery with your postcode for an exact price. Usually £80 will cover most easily accessible areas but it may be more if you are out on a limb. But if you are around the corner it may be much less. Please ask, I’m usually quite quick to respond. Alternatively you are welcome to come and pick up from me in South Yorkshire/Newark or send your own courier
