Rare pair of Regency brass inlaid rosewood hanging side cabinets c.1820. A true pair with left and right hand opening doors. Superbly figured rosewood veneers on mahogany groundwork with crisp brass inlays and moulded brass trim. Featuring a distinctive eight point or ‘compass’ star with a hole at the centre to each corner of the door frames. Flared cornice, moulded bottom edge and shaped shelves. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops. Keys supplied.
Dimensions width 27″, depth 17″, height 34″.
