Well matched pair of Edwardian era French marble top open bookshelves c.1910. Original marble tops with rounded corners and a moulded edge over open cabinets with four adjustable shelves (10″ depth), symmetrically arranged kingwood veneers, canted corners, shaped apron and feet with ormolu mounts. Slight differences to the inlaid detail at the sides and the thickness of the marbles, otherwise identical. Excellent condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
