A Pair of Inlaid French Bombe Serpentine Bedside Cupboards
These are a pair of French Louis XVI style marquetry serpentine bedside antique tables, the cabinets are inlaid with flower patterns and a wonderful variety of woods, including Kingwood, Tulip and Box, they are both stamped by the maker MARQUANTT
Both chests have a beautifully serpentine shaped front and curved sides in the Bombay style, each chest has two drawers and stands on sabre shaped legs they are decorated with Ormolu mounts and have marble tops in a veined primrose pink
The Chests are in very good condition both inside and out they are 18” wide, 13” deep and 30” high
