Pair Of 19th Century Giltwood Wall Light Sconces
Lovely quality pair of 19th carved giltwood 3 branch wall sconces in good original condition.
They have aged well so have retained much of their original gold leaf, but have had touch ups over the years as you would expect.
They have been cleaned and the gilt lightly buffed.
Fitted with three candle sleeves which cover the screw in bulb fittings.
They are wired, but you will obviously have to have a qualified electrician to fit and wire them.
Measuring:
25 inches or 64 cm high
15 inches or 38 cm wide
11 inches or 28 cm deep Based in Uppingham, Rutland…having been in the business for 25 years focusing on mostly French and English decorative antiques and interiors from the 18th to the early 20th century, hopefully a collection you will enjoy browsing and hopefully re home some of my finds!
Viewing here in Uppingham is very welcome in my spacious barn studio but also I have a showroom based within the Uppingham Antiques Centre, which is well worth a visit and have a good lunch in town too!
