This is a great quality pair of antique serpentine shaped French Louis revival oak bedside cabinets, circa 1930.

This is a great quality pair of antique serpentine shaped French oak bedside cabinets, circa 1920 – 1930 designed in the style of the Louis XV1 period. They each have moulded tops with three working drawers below that feature dovetailed joints and the original metal circular knobs. Below sits a shaped and carved frieze. The fronts of the cabinets boast a lovely serpentine design to the front and sides of the chests and the whole sits on cabriole legs with a carved frame. The drawer linings are constructed of oak. These bedsides chests boast the classic French chateau styling that you see in antique furniture of this period.
These bedsides would look superb in a variety of rooms from the living room to the bedroom. They would certainly grace any home and are a great investment as they are an extremely functional. So don't miss out your chance to own a lovely piece of antique furniture.

These bedside cupboards are in excellent condition considering their age. Nominal old use marks but nothing significant considering the age of the item. Importantly, the bedsides are free of watermarks and ink stains to the tops. The drawers are smooth running and close flush to the frame. The drawer linings are constructed of solid oak the drawer bottoms are constructed of plywood. Free of woodworm, solid in joint and ready to use.
