Antique ormolu hanging lantern.

The lantern probably dates from the early to mid 20C. It works and has current specification wiring (including earth). The lantern takes the large bayonet bulb fitting (B22).

Fantastically old looking, with lovely patinated (and a little flakey) ormolu (gold on brass/bronze).

Very delicate and ornate.

4 sided with etched and carved glass.

Would look great in the right location.

Overall dimensions 170mm x 170mm (230mm across the diagonal) x 700mmH (could be reduced to 510mmH by removing links from the chain).

The fitting is 350mm high.
