Oriental Rosewood, Brass Dinner Gong

This is a very unusual piece the Brass Gong is hand beaten and it is suspended in a beautiful rosewood frame.

The frame is deceptively heavy, the gong has good clear sound, there is evidence of some old repairs to the feet at the back, but it is all very sound and in good condition, the gong comes complete with its hammer
The gong is 19” in diameter and the stand is 41” high, 25” wide and 10 deep on the floor
