Highly decorative early 20th.c. oriental chest c.1930. In solid camphorwood densely carved with oriental scenes across the lid, front, sides and rear. With pairs of splendid serpent like dragons to the lid and front. Raised on short block feet carved as lions which can be simply unscrewed if not required. Excellent condition, complete with original brass clasp and lock. Cleaned and polished in our workshops.
