Newly upholstered French painted sofa and 2 chairs
Very decorative and super quality French late c19th painted and upholstered 2 seater sofa and pair of occasional chairs in the Louis XVI style.
The set has been painted in a French grey tone and aged slightly so you have a little of the base gilding coming through and they have all been re upholstered in a typical off white linen and finished with a double pipe edging.
Well carved throughout the sofa and chairs, all in good condition and a solid sturdy frame to all pieces.
The sofa is a lovely size if you were planning to use it in a living room, but also would work very well in a bedroom for example too.
Priced as the set of three pieces.
