What a wierd and wonderful item this is. A 20thC smokers stand, maybe not too pc these days but this is worthy of a museum for no other reason than its novelty value. In 35 years I dont recall seeing its equal, little turnings on a purpose pedestal base. In unrestored but pretty tidy condition its a alsolute rarity. Would this not make a fantastic present for someone who likes odd things, without breaking the bank.
