Mid Victorian Indian Khula Khud helmet. Has a domed skull with spike finial and a large nasal bar. There are two plume holders. The helmet skull is surrounded by chain mail. Has some traces of gold koft gari around the rim of the helmet. The skull is made of two pieces dovetailed together. This item comes with an old iron stand.

In generally used condition with an alteration to the original nasal bar. Also a very small hole to skull near the plume holders - see photo.

It is approximately 21.5cm wide and on the stand 49cm high.
