A wonderful Chinese hardwood pot stand or side table featuring a vibrantly coloured cloisonne-enamel inset top decorated with flowers, foliage and two birds raised on five carved cabriole legs united by a beautifully shaped stretcher.

Very good condition, structurally all in good order with just some aged colouration and surface wear commensurate with age and use.

Chinese, mid 20th century.
