Tall mid 19th.c. oak gentleman’s shaving stand c.1840. Oval mirror, angle adjustable on a turned column with acanthus leaf carving over a 17″ diameter circular table with moulded edge and a single small drawer. Carved and twist turned column raised on an unusual tripod base with turned finial and superb hoof feet. A minor blemish to the mirror, otherwise excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops
