Mid 19th Century brass adjustable standard lamp, the telescopic sections joined at a circular marble table platform, the weighted base with a reeded stem and reeded details to the four lobed platform. This has been converted to electricity from oil. The shade has a 22.5” (57 cms) diameter and the height is adjustable from 58” to 76” ( 148 to 193 cms) to the top of the shade carrier. This is currently fitted for 240 volt supply with UK standard plug and bayonet light fitting.
