An attractive French walnut commode with a marble top. Dating to the early 20th century and well constructed in walnut , with walnut veneers and inlaid with mahogany, boxwood and ebony. The varigated grey marble top is in perfect condition and is removable. There is an arrangement of 2 short, over 2 long, drawers, all fitted with their original brass hardware. The drawer fronts are all cross banded in mahogany, boxwood and ebony. The chest has rounded corners , with further inlaid decorations. This stunning commode is offered for sale in excellent original condition, ready to go straight into the home.
