Handsome mid 19th.c. mahogany and marble top console or hall table c.1840. White marble top with rounded edges and a raised mahogany edge with brass bead at the rear. Over a shaped apron with one long drawer in the front. Raised on curving front legs and back panel with symmetrically arranged flame mahogany veneers. Over a Cupid’s bow shaped plinth, also flame mahogany veneered to match, raised on turned bun feet. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and polished in our workshops.
