Late 19th.c. Chinese rosewood and marble top urn stand or low side table c.1890. A good example of the form with octofoil rose marble top within a broad rosewood border over a carved and pierced apron. On short legs carved with dragon’s heads at the tops and ending with ball and claw feet and joined with shaped stretchers. Missing the nose from one of the dragon heads. Otherwise excellent condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
