Large Victorian wardrobe in mahogany large wardrobe mahogany %%alt5%% %%alt6%%
A truly magnificent piece of Victorian antique furniture. This large four door all hanging Victorian wardrobe is in outstanding condition for its age circa 1880. It has four large arched doors which open up to reveal a single rail. The space is deep enough to take the largest hanger. These sections sit above two large deep and useful drawers. The piece is superb quality, and even the back boards of this particular wardrobe are made of solid mahogany. It is still fitted with its original amber glass handles. We do believe that this large Victorian wardrobe would have had a large out swept cornice at some stage of its life, but due to its height, we believe that this has been removed. It is extremely rare to find such a large Victorian wardrobe which features all hanging space.
