This is a large antique morning room cabinet. An English, mahogany and glass country house side cupboard, dating to the early Victorian period, circa 1840.
Fine craftsmanship and unusual in this proportion and style
Displays a desirable aged patina and in good order

Rich caramel hues beam beneath a wax polish finish
Low back stand accentuates the upper, ideal for vases or photo frames
Pair of glazed doors with broad cockbeaded frames and scrolled mounts
Right-hand door dressed with an inset, working lock — key with tassel present

Deeper lower cabinet with two large panel doors, adorned with relief carvings
