A fabulous quality early 19th Century mahogany breakfront bookcase, the stepped moulded cornice above four large moulded and arched glazed doors, with decorative carved moulding to the side of each door, opening to reveal three adjustable shelves inside each section, the bottom section having four moulded and arched panelled cupboard doors, with bold carved scroll decoration to the side of each door, opening to reveal two shelves in each section, supported on a plinth base. The bookcase is in excellent condition and having the most wonderful figured mahogany with a nice warm rich mahogany colour. Circa 1840.
