A charming and very happy looking late 19th century Japanese carved hardwood figure adapted to a table lamp. 560mm total height, 340mm figure height, 150mm wide and 130mm deep. Circa 1880 W J Gravener Antiques is a family owned business, started in 1963 by William who was joined by son, Mark in 1981 and continues today with the same ethos of dealing in fine quality English and Continental furniture, mirrors and decorative objects, from the 18th & 19th centuries. Now under the stewardship of Mark and his wife, Louise, we take pride in maintaining the high standards which William set more than 50 years ago.
