Hand carved Elephant and palm standard lamp
Very unusual hand carved Standard or floor lamp in the form of an Elephant and a tall palm.
Great decor piece and I would suggest this is perhaps a 1950's piece judging by the previous electrical wiring.
The condition is good throughout and the Elephant has retained its tusks.
Also included in the price of the floor lamp is the current vintage shade ( at no charge ) which is fascinating. I have not seen one like this before with alternate pods of faux flowers within the sections of the shade.
The lamp is supplied fully re wired and will hold any standard lampshade if you don't want to use the existing.
Fun piece and certainly a talking point!

74” or 188xm high including shade
66” or 167cm to the bulb fitting
19 1/2” or 49.5cm wide base
