Good sized Oak pedestal kneehole desk
This oak pedestal desk from the early 1900s has just come in part exchange. Restored by us a few years ago, the owner has moved and required a smaller example. This one has just been cleaned and rewaxed and we have refreshed the tooled leather. There are only minor scuffs from the useage but overall it is in pretty good condition, much better than most unrestored examples by a long shot. It all comes to pieces for transport and is quite easy to put together. The kneehole is a good size at 22 1/2 ins wide and 23 high, it takes a chair as can be seen in the pictures. The handles are brass swan neck examples. It has a good working area, enough to take your computer, and it has a tidy back if you did not want to put it against a wall.
Sensibly priced this could be used to write your Christmas cards.................. Reserved................... We have been in business for 40 years and are now coming up to retirement. We are in consequence looking to reduce our stock, Delivery can be arranged with a specialist carrier for around £70 to most areas. We now open by appointment, but we are often open Fridays and Saturdays, but cannot guarantee,( our sign will be out if passing ) it is worth ringing before coming.Tel 01565 874075
