A very rare early Globe Company (later to become Globe Wernicke) letter filing cabinet, c1880s. This model was their signature award winning Globe File (1882-1183). Made of oak with 15 filing sections, original drawers to 5 of them with original brass clipboard to each, pull out tray. Missing the remaining drawers and roller shutter. Original makers labels. A really interesting piece of early Globe antique furniture in overall good condition.
