Superb, highest of quality Gillows of Lancaster (stamped) mahogany fully adjustable library reading table in completely original condition and complete with ALL parts. The removable book rests are simply delightful with their brass decoration and when not in use are stored inside. The table is fully adjustable both in height and from side to side in both directions. The two reading or book holding sections are fully adjustable with a ratchet system. All of the table is mahogany even all the bits and pieces inside that you don't see.

The table has a turned column with a pleasing shaped platform base. Turned feet with internal castors.

The table is stamped GILLOWS LANCASTER on the front edge.

The table is in very good condition and is a nice colour with original patination and waxed finish.

SIZE 33" wide by 20" deep by 27 1/2" high normally.
