Charming Georgian period oak tavern settle, circa 1820. With fielded panels which are all cross banded in mahogany, along with decorative inlaid motifs applied to the back . Standing on a combination of oak cabriole shaped front supports, and stout square section back legs. The settle has a boarded out wooden seat which benefits from having an 'apple green' coloured velvet loose cushion.
