A fine antique washstand with shaped apron which dates to the late 18th or early 19th centuries and makes a lovely occasional table or plant stand. It is made of mahogany which has developed a fine patina . There are holes for a wash bowl and two beakers. It features a middle shelf with a small oak lined drawer and brass ring handle and a shaped lower shelf.

Dimensions: Height 30″ and 12.5″ square ( 76cm x 32cm square)

Condition: Previous owners had a glass top made to convert to a table. There is a small crack in the top shelf (see photo) and the lower shelf has been repaired and is fairly fragile but overall a very handsome piece. The wood has been cleaned and waxed. Overall very good condition.
