Antique large quality late George III / Regency mahogany sofa table.
An attractive, valuable and rare piece of antique furniture dating from the early 19C.
Beautiful ray cut mahogany veneers, with that desirable warm colour and sought after pedestal base.
This is a lovely quality piece, that is very charming.
Two blind mahogany lined drawers that slide freely...dummies to the other side.
One of the best examples that you will find without breaking the bank.
Original brass foot castors (some wear as you would expect).
No loose joints.
No woodworm.

Overall maximum dimensions 158.5cmL (103cm closed) x 76.5cmD x 73.5cmH (60cmH knee hole).
Historic knocks, marks, cracks, scratches, wear, imperfections, repairs and alterations, as is always the way and to be expected with antique furniture. There is an historic repair to one of the legs and some iron strapwork to the underside of the base.
