A beautiful example of a late Georgian piece of mahogany antique furniture. This Georgian mahogany chest of drawers features two small drawers to top with three graduated drawers to base, and stands upon out swept bracket feet. All drawers are lined in solid oak which is a sign of quality, and are still fitted with their original turned mahogany handles. All drawers run extremely smoothly, and the chest is in overall good condition for its age. There are a couple of small minor pieces of restoration work which have been carried out during its lifetime, but these do not affect the overall beauty of this piece. This Georgian mahogany chest of drawers is an ideal piece of antique furniture to complete any period bedroom setting, or to stand alone in any period interior.
