George III Antiques Material Mahogany Origin English Condition This item is in original structural condition. The polish has been revived and the brass work cleaned by our own craftsmen, by hand in the traditional manner. The handles have been replaced at some point, but there is no ‘handle problem’, i.e. unsightly marks left by previous handles. There are some old marks under the polish, but all very minor and certainly nothing you wouldn’t expect to see on a piece of this age. At some point there has been a split in the right hand side, but this has an old repair and is sound (see photo). Item code as161a412 / A8897 Status Sold
