Imposing George III mahogany bow front serving sideboard c.1800. Beautiful single piece solid mahogany top with a broad crossbanded border and applied reeded edge moulding. Over two large central drawers flanked with a cupboard door to the left hand side and a hinged cellarette drawer to the right retaining it’s original zinc liner. A small door in the right hand end opens to reveal a small extra cupboard behind the cellarette. Matched flame mahogany veneers of particularly good colour and grain, reeded uprights, ebony and satinwood stringing and turned mahogany knobs. Raised on particularly fine tapering, turned and reeded legs front and rear. Excellent condition, cleaned and polished in our workshops.
