George III English Oak Tripod Table (c.1760)
Here is a very good quality antique mid-sized golden oak English George III tilt top tripod table, circa 1760 - 1780.

Here is a very good quality large antique midsized rich golden oak English George III tilt top tripod table, circa 1760 - 1780. The top is constructed of four pieces of solid oak. The tilt top table has the original working hinge and brass locking mechanism. The pedestal locks into the brass locking mechanism. The table features a well shaped ring turned pedestal terminating in lovely umbrella shaped legs with the original umbrella shaped feet. This table is completely original (i.e. the top and the base are not a marriage) without any breaks or damage and has fantastic colour / patination.
The table would look superb in a variety of rooms from the living room, dining room or hall way. The table would certainly grace any home and is a great investment as it is extremely functional. So don't miss out your chance to own a lovely piece of antique furniture.

Importantly, there are no breaks to the stem or legs, which is common with tripod antique tables. Nominal old use marks and a slight undulation to the top but nothing significant considering the age of the item. Free of wood worm, solid in joint and ready to use.

UK Returns & Refunds
A 7-day “no quibble” return policy (from the date you receive the item) is available if you are not happy with this item. You will be given a refund as long as the item is returned in the same condition. The buyer is required to cover the cost of transit (the same as the delivery cost). We will collect the item using our specialist Furniture Delivery Company to avoid any damage. We do not accept returns via a courier service due to experience of damaged items in transit. This refund policy only applies to deliveries to the UK.
