A magnificent George II chest of drawers with 2 small drawers to top followed by 3 graduated drawers to base. These are finished with brass swan neck handles, and cross banded in walnut. The chest stands on 4 large bracket feet which are all original to this piece. It has the typical panelled sides for a piece of this age, and all drawer linings are from front to back. This piece is in over all good condition, but sadly, 2 back panels have been replaced at some stage and we believe the top 2 handles have also as the photo's show. You must appreciate it has had some wear and tear in its life, but all the drawers run smoothly. This piece is ideal for any period interior.
