This very attractive and stylish French walnut and kingwood ladies dressing table feature a shaped front with gilt brass mounts. The dressing table has 3 frieze drawers along with 3 part adjustable mirror with original plates. The dressing table has 2 frosted white tulip shaped lights fitted for electric and are PAT tested. The table features decorative ormolu mounts on cabriole legs with a shaped X framed base support. It measures 41 in – 104.2 cm wide, 23 in – 58.4 cm deep and 58 ½ in – 148.6 cm in height to the top of the mirror, with a table height of 30 ½ in – 77.5 cm. The knee height of the table is 26 ¼ in – 66.7 cm. This superb example of a table of the period would enhance a wide range of styles and settings, both traditional and contemporary.
