A finely carved Oak French Grandfather Clock from Breton.

The antique clock has much carved detail and is a very decorative statement. The carving has the subject matter of a pastoral scene and there is also carving on the main body of the clock which appear as wheels, possibly enhancing the country status.

I do have more photos which I would be happy to email. We have not tested the working mechanism so would be sold as is. It has been suggested that this could be painted and placed as an artistic piece in a restaurant or commercial setting.
