Swedish Antique Mora Clock White Sven Loushult
Elegant tall 220cm early 1800s antique Swedish mora clock with carved detail on the hood in a white paint finish and detailed face and the markings of the maker Sven Sunesson Loushult
Measures: 220cm.
This original mechanism seems to have been refurnished and may work but it has not been tested and we do not guarantee it will after shipping to your location
The clock body is distressed as befits its age and has the usual wood movement found in clocks of this age.
The clock is sold 'as is' : as a decorative piece only with the original mechanism and pendulum but not guaranteed to be in working order - If you want it working we can fit a professional hi torque battery mechanism for time keeping ( +£250) or you can have a great sounding chiming mech which replays the recorded chime through a small speaker with a volume control and 8 hour night off switch (+£350) or you can choose to have you local clockmam clean / repair and set up the original clockwork mechanism at your location to get it going
The battery mech change if you choose that option takes approximate 2-3 weeks.
The clock is currently on route to us from sweden so shipping to your location may be delayed until it arrives and is checked over.
