A very rare gilt wood Sofa, Couch or Settee, French in origin dating to the later part of the 19th Century. Made from wood with Gilded Gesso over. The cane is double cane, original and perfect condition. Very rare having 8 legs and a beautiful shape. This highly decorative and beautiful piece is in excellent condition for the home.
