A good quality French Charles X period mantel antique clock. A very well, heavy cast case of rococo design on a fixed base. The original gilded oromlu case finish. A silvered dial with blued steel hands. An 8-day duration mechanism with silk suspension striking the 1/2 hours and hours on a bell. Circa 1820.
