A quintessentially yet rare design French Art Deco table lamp c.1925 with original shade in classic neutral tones of marbled effect and gilded bands, with the unusual feature that the shade can be adjusted to various tilting positions as shown in photographs.

Chrome base and swan neck, bakelite switch, all original fittings. Working order, has been rewired with period black flex.
