A sweet 18th century Worcester porcelain sparrow beak cream jug of baluster shape with grooved handle and printed with the ever popular "fisherman & cormorant" (also known as the "pleasure boat") pattern, c.1775. Underglaze blue pseudo Chinese disguised numeral mark to the base.

It measures 9cm (3 1/2") high, 6.5cm (2 1/2") wide and 8cm (3 1/8") handle to spout.

Condition is very good, there is a nick to the upper surface of the tip of the spout and 2 tiny glaze flakes along the rim of the spout. No restoration and minimal handling wear. Payment is accepted by bank transfer, card payments (via an online invoice, I'm afraid we cannot take payments over the telephone), Paypal and UK personal cheque.
