FINE Georgian cast brass tripod trivet. C. 1800 Georgian brass trivet
This is a very good quality late 18th to early 19th century Georgian cast brass trivet in the form of a tripod table. Nice shape stem with cabriole type legs. The round top of fretted design.

This is a proper period trivet and as such is cast brass and not pressed as in later examples. As such it is heavy.

No damage or repairs.
