Fine English Pottery Toby Jug c1830
This well-decorated and richly-coloured English Pottery Toby Jug, probably made in Yorkshire, dates from circa 1830.
It has a caryatid handle, curly pipe detail and a spongeware finish
to the inside of the hat.
The condition is good. There are no chips, cracks or restoration. There is a small area of paint rubbing to the rim of the miniature Jug he is holding.
