A German antique cigarette case which displays a hand painted enamel scene of a naked lady with a monkey.
The colours of turquoise with deep reds and browns are fantastic and the subtle skin tones are superbly painted.
The spring button release catch opens the case to reveal two compartments, each with the original straps intact.
One side has engraved text which reads TEKRAWALLA BRAND and MADE IN GERMANY.
The left has embossed text ALPACCA and a symbol. Cases like this are becoming more difficult to find especially in this condition.

Condition - The original enamel is in excellent condition as is the metal case. Release catch in good working order and original straps intact.
Dimensions - 8 x 9cm
